A-PDF Watermark Service is a program that can add watermarks to PDF files automatically. It’s a good program if you want to give your documents a personal touch or if you want to protect your copyrights by adding text, image or graphic watermarks to existing Acrobat PDF files in a batch.
This program can add your personal or business details as watermarks - such as your name (text or image), web address or company logo (name or picture) and even a dynamic stamp (such as date or time). If you want, you can add a multiple-type stamp, which is a combination of texts, images and shapes. You can also add details for better archiving your PDF documents such as date, time, page number, author and filename.
What I find most practical is the feature that allows me to set the status of my PDF documents. I can sort my documents by “drafts”, “approved”, “final” and “confidential”, so I always know their status only by looking at them. This way, I save a lot of time and I can plan my actions in a much more efficient way. More than that, this utility can watch multiple folders at the same time and it can watermark new files automatically. So, again, I don’t have to do the same operation twice, the program does it for me.
